Simpurity sterile sponges are highly absorbent, 12-ply, 100% cotton dressings designed for general wound care, including cleansing, debriding, and packing wounds. Certain variations also feature a non-adherent design and an adhesive border for enhanced protection and easier removal. 

• Material: Made of 12-ply, 100% USP cotton, providing durability and a soft texture.
• Absorbency: The multi-ply, woven design ensures superior or high absorption of wound exudate.
• Sterility: Each sponge is sterile, often packaged in convenient 2-packs, to minimize the risk of infection when used on open wounds.
